House and Home has added Sunday inspections in addition to our availability on Saturday. This will allow for more flexibility in our scheduling to accommodate our clients and agents. We will always try and get the inspection on our schedule as quickly as we can. We understand that many people work during the week and may not be able to attend their home inspection. Performing inspections on the weekends can now give our clients the ability to be present at the home inspection.
Why Have a Home Inspection?

At House and Home, our inspectors will provide you with a professional, knowledgeable and thorough inspection of your home. All of our inspectors are licensed with the Arizona Board of Technical Registration and all of our inspections exceed the standards the Board sets forth.

Reports
All of our reports are emailed to the client in PDF format the same day of the inspection. This ensures that during a short inspection period window the client and the agent can have their paperwork in order in a more timely manner. We also provide a preliminary summary printed out at the inspection! We prefer to cover this summary thoroughly with the client as well as any questions or concerns they may have.
Travel
House and Home has performed thousands of inspections throughout southern Arizona. We will travel anywhere in Arizona south of Casa Grande. So if you or your client need an inspection anywhere from Mt. Lemmon, to Sierra Vista, to Tombstone or Nogales (US side), we have you covered.
